Self-guided cycling holidays in Tuscany

Tuscany is a mecca for cyclists of all abilities. Its waves of rolling hills offering a challenge for the keen cyclist, while more gentle routes follow riverside bike paths and quiet roads lined with cypress trees. Of course, there are also the strade bianche; Tuscany’s iconic white gravel roads which host a prestigious annual cycling event.

We offer an easy cycling holiday in Northern Tuscany, exploring the countryside between the great Renaissance cities of Pisa and Florence. If you’re looking for something a little more challenging, try our Val d’Orcia cycling trip, which winds its way through the vineyards, olive groves and hilltop towns of Southern Tuscany. Whichever trip you choose, you can expect idyllic landscapes, rich artistic heritage and of course great food and wine!

Our self-guided cycling holidays in Tuscany include luggage transportation, detailed route descriptions and maps, as well as very comfortable accommodation.

Bicycle hire

If you don’t bring your own, you can rent a bicycle from us. Our rental bikes are perfectly adapted to your itinerary. You can choose between Hybrid (min 21 speed gear) or E-Bikes. Mountain bikes also available on the Val d’Orcia trip.

All bikes are equipped with a padlock and key, luggage pannier attachments at the rear and 1 rear side bag per bike, 1 front bag and map compartment, front and back lights, puncture repair kit, pump and spare inner tube. One out of every 2 bikes has a KM distance counter.
